  • We send One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via SMS to verify your mobile number during registration and login.
c. Calendar Data (Optional)
  • If you choose to sync your device calendar, we may access event titles, times, and locations. This is used only to display upcoming events and training sessions in the TTS calendar within the app.
  • This access is optional and can be revoked at any time via your device’s permissions settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:
  • To verify and authenticate your account
  • To manage your user profile and role-based access
  • To allow players to send SMS invitations to teammates (e.g., coach, physio)
  • To enable communication and scheduling via the app
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • To improve app functionality and user experience
We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

SMS Communication

We use your mobile number only for:
  • Sending OTPs during login or account setup
  • Sending team invites (when initiated by a player)
SMS Policy:
  • You will not receive promotional or recurring marketing messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of receiving SMS by replying to STOP or contact us directly.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it within 7 working days.
