Welcome to Turn Too Sports (TTS). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About Turn Too Sports

Turn Too Sports (“TTS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a digital platform built for the sporting ecosystem — enabling players, team members, support staff, and managers to coordinate and communicate efficiently.
Our mobile application allows users to:

  • Register using their mobile number;
  • Optionally sync their personal calendars to view events (trainings, meetings, etc.) within the app;
  • Invite team members via SMS;
  • Chat with team members through the in-app messaging feature.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

Mobile Number & SMS Usage

When you register on the TTS app, you must provide a valid mobile number. We use this number solely to:
  • Send One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for secure registration/login
  • Send team invitation messages via SMS, when a player invites others (e.g., coach, caddie) to join their team
We do not use your number for promotional purposes or marketing messages.

Important:

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Frequency of SMS is limited to account verification and team invites initiated by a user.
  • There is currently no recurring messaging or promotional SMS program.

Opt-Out Option:

While we do not send recurring or marketing SMS, if you receive an unintended message and wish to opt out, you may reply STOP at any time to block further messages from our system. You can also contact us directly to remove your number.

Calendar Access

Users may choose to sync their personal calendars with the TTS app. This is optional and used only to show personal events alongside training or meeting schedules in the in-app calendar view. You can disconnect calendar access at any time from your device settings.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, impersonate others, or use it for unauthorized or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this policy.

Data & Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in the Platform are owned or licensed by Turn Too Sports and protected by intellectual property laws.
